Exercising for about 30-minute stimulates various brain chemicals leaving you feel happy and more relaxed. Gives you an emotional lift or lets you out your steam after a stressful day. You may also feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which can boost your confidence and improve your self-esteem.
4. Improves Sleep
Research has proved that a good 30 minutes workout cures sleep disorders such as insomnia.
5. Boosts energy
Improves muscle strength and boosts endurance. Exercise or some kind of physical activity delivers oxygen and nutrients to your tissues and help your cardiovascular system work more efficiently. Once your heart and lungs work more efficiently, you have more energy to go about your daily chores. It also increases your chances of living longer.
You need not set aside large chunks of time for exercise you can simply start by getting more active throughout the day in simple ways — by taking the stairs instead of the elevator or by revving up your household chores, taking your pet for a walk and more. To live healthy, first think healthy.
